Fog not showing - tutorial

Hello. After I have everything set according to "How To Setup Your Own Fog Of War" no fog is showing. Could someone give me advice or some "tutorial" steps? :) Thank you! :-)

I am having this very same problem. Turning on various debugs show grids that look right but no fog ever shows up anywhere.
