Improve help in submission

In czech there is "Pokud momentálně nejste schopni udělit tuto licenci, můžete svou práci uložit a vrátit se k ní později nebo můžete odstranit příspěvek kliknutím na tlačítko „Uložit a ukončit“". Save & Share is another screen with multiple options; but the description is confusing a bit (does it save of delete?)
