Finish matomo integration

This hangs on https://github.com/ufal/lindat_piwik_reports which needs to work with custom dimensions which v7 uses to record handles

#1177 is probably ready to be closed #1150/#1047 has a PR in #1214

ufal/dspace-angular#9 has some work in https://github.com/ufal/dspace-angular/pull/19 and I have a POC locally. But this also needs to call the subscribe/unsubscribe api
