Clearly Identify Submission Errors

It should be clear, when submitting an item, what the errors are. Orange or red exclamation marks on describe step signalize something is wrong, but it's hard to tell what exactly.

What's wrong with the describe steps below?

Not this one, but I thought there was an issue for it. However, all known submission issues are now tracked here: https://github.com/dataquest-dev/DSpace/issues/857.
