migrate to DSpace 9/10

evaluate DSpace 8/9 migration

The result from the OR 2025 is to skip 8. Wait till the year end for v10 plans to be finalized. Meanwhile get some feeling on what it means to migrate a feature into v9/main. Start a migration in Jan ideally to v10/main (but depends on where the merger with dspace-cris is; if configurable entities are enabled by default that's a plus).
