Automatically re-run deploy docs workflow when restarting CI workflow

What needs to change?

When restarting the CI workflow, the deploy docs workflow should be triggered as well. Currently, one has to restart that workflow as well manually.

How would this task be tested?

1. Re-run the build/docs job and ensure that the deploy docs job runs as well
