Octagon Detection

What needs to change?

Create a vision node that detects the red octagons present in the torpedo challenge. We need to know where the center of those octagons are and their size.

How would this task be tested?

1. Run Gazebo
2. Check that there exist the proper rostopics publishing the information we need.
