Red Buoy Detection with Center and Distance Metrics
What needs to change?
Create a vision algorithm that detects a red buoy and publishes predicted values of where the center of the buoy is and the distance of the sub from the buoy.
Before you start on the task, make sure you have access to the proper information to verify the results from your code.
How would this task be tested?
- Run gazebo and run node
- Check that there exists rostopics publishing the correct information
