This PR adds the A50 DVL driver and configures it to serve as the sub's primary DVL.

I've spent several hours so far trying to fix whatever's up with the submodule on this branch on my own computer and Zobelisk, and I'm just going to close this for now to focus on ROS2. We're probably going to build/find a cpp driver for the A50 in mil2 anyways!
