Clean up SubjuGator simulation logs

What needs to change?

The SubjuGator logs are being spammed with rogue TF_REPEATED_DATA errors. It would be great to get rid of these error messages so that we can more clearly see important errors occurring in the code.

How would this task be tested?

1. Run simulation.launch from SubjuGator and ensure that the logs are significantly reduced.
