What needs to change?

When at RoboSub 2022, many bags were recorded to store information about the competition so that we could use them later. However, there was no standardized bagging format, leading bags to be created all over the place. We need a better system for bagging data so that we are easily able to keep track of bags and how they are being recorded.

The old system created bags in a special folder organized by date. This could be reimplemented possibly, as it would make it much easier to find where bags are and to move bags around.

How would this task be tested?

1. This is more of a design problem. There isn't any easy way to test this like "traditional" software.
