Add bins into SubjuGator Gazebo simulation

What needs to change?

Models for the G-Man and Bootlegger bins should be added into the SubjuGator simulation so SubjuGator can locate the bins and move them accordingly.

This task can be closed when these models have been added to the repository and the TRANSDEC world file.

How would this task be tested?

1. Add the models to the repository and world file.
2. Show that the models appear in the world file through a screenshot.
