Keymaps no longer work after saving a page to bookmarks from Firefox 109.0 onwards

Description

As of version 109.0 of Firefox (there are no problems with version 108.0.2) when you save a page to bookmarks with the a key, the keymaps stop working and you have to click the mouse on the page to get them working again.

Steps to Reproduce

Please provide detailed steps for reproducing the issue.

1. Use version 109.0 or higher of Firefox.
2. Save a page in bookmarks: type a and then Enter.
3. Check that any Vim Vixen keymaps no longer works.

System configuration

• Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS
• Firefox version: 109.0
• Vim-Vixen version: 1.2.3
