Solution for pointer types in token pasted struct tag?

Hi, I'm wondering, for using pointers types directly in macro templated types like: https://github.com/uecker/noplate/blob/50eb36725e381a0f291f828775cb89bdc1002cd1/src/span.h#L11-L17 is there anything being work on WG14 or GCC side?
