Can't remove indention from Lists if there's text in the middle

What’s the bug you are facing?

If there's text in the middle of a list, and I hit backspace on the text and Enter, it goes into the list correctly, but there is no way to go back to the previous configuration.

2. Lorem ipsum
3. Lorem ipsum
Header Text
1. Lorem ipsum
2. Lorem ipsum
3. Lorem ipsum

What did you expect to happen?

I expect to backspace twice to get to the previous configuration. I expect to backspace once, and shift+tab o get to the previous configuration.
