Request: throttle updates sent from the client

The problem I am facing

the updates sent to hocuspocus server are very frequent

The solution I would like

throttle updates sent from the provider to the server

yes! Would definitely accept a PR for this. We haven't noticed any issues at all yet though, so for me it's not a prio at all right now (and obviously comes with the downside of noticeable lag).
