[FEATURE] Update Auth to be OIE Friendly

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Need to update and clean up how we use both the AuthJS and OktaSignInWidget to be OIE and Classic Compatible. Its currently very manual on how we retrieve tokens and call the authorize endpoints
