DURACOM-229 update ng-bootrap and bootstrap, fix dependencies, fix templates

Solves issue: https://github.com/udos86/ng-dynamic-forms/issues/1184

Updated following dependencies:

ng-bootstrap (v15.1.2) bootstrap (v5.2.3) ngx-bootstrap (v11.0.0), ngx-mask (v16.0.0),

fix tests, refactor templates according to https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/migration/, fix missing ng-bootstrap modules

  • Removed NgbButtonsModule
  • Updated provider method of ngx-mask
  • Aligned form specific and legacy classes with ones from new bootstrap version
