R command under CDOS 258 to read file from host is successful to floppy, but fails after 16k to hd0

I was trying to transfer utils.lbr (1150k) from cromemcosim folder to a cdos 258 hd0 using R command and it fails after 16k transfer.

It is successful (just enough space) to a cdos 258 floppy.

I assume that it is supposed to work as it gave no error messages before beginning the copy.

(Utils.lbr is a file I created to hold my collection of cp/m utilities - available as #utils.lbr from github riwide cpm apps & utilities repository.)

Using z80 pack 1.39 cromemcosim with web front end.
