Bug : Determining the Correct Type of block

Description

Wrong type in toolbar : When whole text is selected it always shows Paragraph and when multiple block of same types are selected then also it shows paragraph

Steps to Reproduce

go to https://platejs.org/ and try selecting whole sentence which is of type heading1 it will show it is paragraph type i have attached a video also below

Expected Behavior

as we do in dropdown and at many places in editor always shows true nature of block and when multiple blocks are selected show common one if all are of same type otherwise paragraph
