reordering settings by following graph order

I guess it's not really important since you do those kind of things rarely or even once. But still, it'd be cool if the order of the settings (cpu/network/memory/other) would be the same as the graphics order. Easier to configure the first time you do it. Anyway, this might be low-priority.

This is feasible. I am thinking of implementing it.

I just have a little doubt: don't you think that could generate confusion to the casual user?

When you change the order of the graphs, the tabs would be in that order, making difficult to quickly find a tab if you don't remember the chosen order. I think that many users don't expect tabs changing order.

This is just my thought, I would like to know your opinion. Should it behave the way you described or should we leave choice to the user? (for example with a checkbox near graphs order, like Also reorder tabs in Advanced Preferences or Make tabs in Advancer Preferences follow this order)

I'm not sure, I'd personally stay with the simplest solution (choose one ordering and use it everywhere).

My actual confusion was when working in Settings>Graphs and Settings>Colors sections. I don't know anything about the tabbed one since I've mainly used it like: "see some measurement in Graphs Section > click Advanced Configuration > configure > go back to the main window". So I don't know. But in Colors tab and Graph tab it seems reasonable (to me!) to follow the tray ordering. If you could reorder the measurements right in Colors section then it would be even more simple.

Then again, it's optional, because you generally configure it once only.

Update: this problem will be inherently solved when Multiload-ng 2.0 will be released. In v2.0 graphs can be added multiple times in any order, and the list of course follows that order.
