120s timer becomes 0ms timer

When the server is up for more than 24 days, repeating timers get bugged.

Having the same issue, i guess it's related to tickcount that will start giving wrong values after 24 days of server uptime, you gotta update frequently as i do or plan auto restart every 24s as a temp fix :/
