Homepage - Mobile Margins off?

I tested the homepage on an iPhone 5. The margins look like they are off.

It looks like there is not enough space between the left-hand side and the text. The image is also looks like it is off to the left-hand side too much.

I think there is also too big of a space between the article title and the article text.

Please note in the screenshot (if you look at it on this github page), it appears to be showing more margin than it did on my phone, which showed NO margin for the image on the left-hand side and not much for the text. If you click on the screenshot it should open it to give you a better view.

Also, when I click Read More to go to a single article page, it doesn't have the issue.
