Build Fail - google-service.json is missing - starter code

### Hello,

I'm trying to build the starter code but I get this error:

File google-services.json is missing. The Google Services Plugin cannot function without it. 
 Searched Location: 
D:\AdvancedAndroid_Squawker\app\src\debug\google-services.json
D:\AdvancedAndroid_Squawker\app\google-services.json

I've looked in all the issues (12 at this moment) and I could find a suitable answer. Please help.

In Step 9 for the lesson, it says to download your google-services.json from Firebase when setting up your project there. That should help.
