"Lock layers" option

A "lock" button that makes sure that you cant accidently draw on the wrong layer (Like in photshop)

Because now quite often i accidently draw in the wrong layer because i have painted a stroke clicked ctrl z and then it switched layers without me noticing and i continue to paint on the wrong layer.
