+ "per meter square" AND "cc"

The unit term for "per meter square" on Table 26 should be "/m2" not "/m3". I was wonder if there is a way to interpret "cc" as a "cubic centimeter", or we must have our system to covert into "milliliter" automatically. Really appreciate for this site. It helps us a lot for coding units.
