The following typographical errors found in the UCUM specification v2.1:

[arb'U]: "arbitary unit" --> "arbitrary unit" [IR] and [BAU]: "callibrated" --> "calibrated" [psi]: "sqare" --> "square" sph: "spere" --> "sphere"
