Port Dr.Checker to the latest llvm version

Hi,

Dr.Checker is currently built with llvm 3.8, which is already years old. It will be great if we can port Dr.Checker to the latest llvm versions (7.0 or 8.0), so that kernels built with new llvm versions can be analyzed.
