Where is the jack folder ? Do we always remain in the same directory ?

While running bash initial_setup.sh I cannot download this Glove embedding (http://data.neuralnoise.com/jack/embeddings/glove.840B.300d.memory_map_dir.tar.gz url is showing to be invalid). Can you please provide a solution against it? Otherwise can you please provide...
