bug: on short mobile viewports, the editor illustration overlaps with the footer

Title is mostly self-explanatory; here's an example at 640px tall (with the green theme) in a mobile view: Screen Shot 2021-11-17 at 12 10 02 AM

Notice how the hijab overlaps with the "ACM Teach LA", and is particularly hard to read.
