Add concrete examples

I would really like to have real, concrete and working examples available.

I have been trying to use this library for days now and I'm still not able to get a single config file loading, despite by best efforts to read the README properly. It would be really useful then to have some complete examples of how to use this library. The README may be good and all, but lacks any form of examples.

A very small example project would be perfect, as it could be run without any work or modifications, and could be used as a starting point for any project using this lib.
