duplicate names and missing csvs in gtdb-1

In gtdb-1 dataset two files have the same name for corresponding csv

  • ASENS_1970_273_284.csv: Ann. Sci. Ecole Norm. Sup., 4d ser, t.3, 273-284, 1970.
  • ASENS_1970_273_284.csv: Ann. Sci. Ecole Norm. Sup., 4e ser, t.30, 367-384, 1997. Also the gtdb-1 dataset has only 25 annotated csv files instead of 31.
