Show total number of occurrences of a testable element

The title is a little confusing because it's hard to summarize this in one sentence. One of our instructional designers was doing reviews of existing online courses to see if it met our rubric for a Quality course. This rubric requires a minimum percentage of occurrences of a type of content be accessible. For example, for video captions to be "present" in the course, 85% of videos have to have proper closed captions. UDOIT does not currently display the total number of items that were scanned, but I think it would be useful to know that 10 out of 50 videos in my course were missing caption, for example.

I'm thinking this would be a good addition to the "Issues By Type" table on the Reports screen.
