Add update instructions

I saw an issue in the Slack about how to update; it would be useful to have a quick heading in the README about updating that walks people through the process of doing git pull, updating any dependencies, running any migrations, and restarting UDOIT. You may want 2 subheadings for Docker/non-Docker setups.
