Courses in admin tool open in the default domain, not in the current domain

An issue from Emory University:

Whenever we select a course like the BIOL-360-1 from the admin panel using the vanity URL it opens a new tab prompting the user to log in to the primary domain name before opening the course.

We would need to check the session to get the current domain name rather than pulling the domain name from the institution.

I'm marking this as low priority since the course link still works, it just requires that the user be logged in to both domains.
