xgboost example error

i follow the Guide To Deploy XGBoost Models, everyting is ok when i in this step:

and i get this error！

it seems that there is a error with "pip xgboost"!

i consulted the "Add ability to install packages + xgboost model deployer + example #431",but still have no idea. can someone have good suggests?
