Improve admin interface through generic views

There are many cumbersome things about the wagtail admin. Here are a few

• Tags for images are pretty much useless because only the 20 most used are listed
• Page chooser only displays 20 pages at once and you have to click "next" repetitively to progress through pagination (unless you inspect element like a weirdo)
• It would be nice to sort authors based on most recent articles by default
