Update libadwaita to 1.7

Could we update gnome-46-2404's libadwaita to >= 1.7.2 since it's part of GNOME 48? We already have gtk 4.18

@3v1n0 Did you see that upstream handled this differently and upstream's fix in libadwaita 1.7.2?

I saw it, but it's a different fix IIRC.
