Add ubuntu yaru theme files

This adds the gtksourceview files for the yaru theme in places like gnome-text-editor

EDIT: mistakenly wrote gresource instead of gtksourceview

Does there need to be any changes to the desktop-launch script to make use of the gresources?

Probably not, I am not able to make the gnome-42-2204 build locally, but, it looks to all the files in the same location, so, this one should work too.

This is the folder, where it's installed. and all these others are detected.

You might want to pull from master instead of ubuntu/mantic since I recently updated Yaru to fix installing the theme for gedit >= 45.
