Check for broken builds automation failing due to missing libreoffice snap

Currently, the check for broken builds action is failing. This is due to the fact that the snaps.py entry for libreoffice points to https://launchpad.net/~desktop-snappers/+snap/libreoffice-snap which apparently doesn't exist. Was this snap moved? Is this the snap we should be tracking?
