Use the system title bar.

Is the feature related to a problem or existing issue?
This would solve the problem of users using the minimize, maximize, and close buttons on the left side instead of the right.
In KDE and XFCE, as far as I remember, you can even change the order of what appears in the title bar, but since the Snap Store doesn't use a title bar, users have a strange experience.
Describe the feature, why the feature matters to you, and what benefits the feature will bring about.
A simple option to use the system titlebar instead of a headerbar, or simply remove the headerbar and use only the system titlebar.
Titlebars are generally much better than headerbars, as they are customizable and consistent. A compositor's titlebar will be used in all apps that allow the use of titlebars, while there are several different headerbars. The Snap Store headerbar does not even use the icons from the user's icon theme, which makes it inconsistent even with the GTK apps that Ubuntu uses.
Describe any alternatives you've considered.

hmmmm are you talking about Server Side Decoration?
@Feichtmeier do we have a backend for Windows (OS) decoration or it is just the adwaita looking controls? Do we have the backend to support other DEs too? Adapting SSD would ruin the top sections' design even if we get native looking secorations
It's really about Server Side Decoration.
Since Snap Store is not a GTK app, it does not follow the user's choice of which side the minimize, maximize, and close buttons should be on, nor does it use the icons from the icon theme.
Probably using the title bar would be the simplest solution.
I have a PR for following the user prefs here https://github.com/ubuntu/yaru.dart/pull/966 which I, or someone else, need(s) to finish
