[feature request] Resizeable sidebar

Hi,

When I change the App Center's window width, the width of the left sidebar is not modified. My request is:

• allow to resize the sidebar or
• dynamically set the sidebar width (minimum width + fixed % of the whole window width)

This would avoid to truncate tabs labels, as a side effect.
