If Ubuntu has the concept of a restricted WebView for auth and it could be spawned at the system login screen, this should be possible.

Does this include regular mfa (f.e. with password and a second factor)? I assume the concept of a restricted WebView would also be used in this use case?

Please make sure SSO will use Google Chrome as AAD + FIDO2 is possible ONLY via Google Chrome: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/authentication/fido2-compatibility
