Bonito/Sargo 16.04 (OTA-24) Update not Rebooting

BUG REPORT/ISSUE Phone will not reboot after downloading to install update from stable OTA version 24 to RC version 56

• Device: Bonito/Sargo Pixel 3a XL
• Channel: Stable
• Build: lineage_sargo-userdebug 9 PQ3A.190801.002 (UB part 20221122-4258 Device part 20221115-14571)

Steps to reproduce

Unsure, issue is acute and novel

Expected behavior

Device would reboot to install OTA after completing download as per labled buttons on popup after clicking "Install". Button labled "Restart & Install"

Actual behavior

Clicking "Restart & Install" button does nothing but close popup. 3 hours later of hair pulling and teeth grinding it appears to work if plugged in. Battery was over 80%
