OnePlus 5 missing Core apps/OpenStore doesn't install any new apps

Device: OP5 (cheeseburger)
Channel: Devel -> Stable
Build: 2023-02-11

Steps to reproduce

1- Jump from Stable to Devel 2- Install the system using the UBPorts Installer and go straight to the Devel channel

Expected behavior

On devel: Core apps + OpenStore should be available. The OpenStore also should be able to install apps.

Actual behavior

Core apps + OpenStore are missing. There are only those that are installed in the /usr/share directory. Attempting to install any click packages manually results in the following (AppArmor related?) error: https://pastebin.com/BRGmiGNG

I was on devel when this updated happened and decided to afterwards go back to Stable using the installer (without wipe). All of the core apps + OpenStore were restored but the OpenStore still can't install any click apps. Also manually trying to install doesn't work.

Latest devel update 2023-02-13/2 didn't fix the issue. On a side note, armhf devices stopped receiving new devel updates since then.
