Camera Image Info shows wrong time stamp - ota24 N5 stable

Hi, today I noticed that a picture I had taken with the camera showed the wrong time stamp when looking at the Image Info!

• Device: LG Nexus 5
• Channel: Stable
• Build: OTA24

Steps to reproduce

Wrong time stamp for pictures in Image Info

Expected behavior

Time stamp should reflect the current time!

Actual behavior

Time stamp is 1 hour behind; e.g. it is 16:03, but Image Info shows: Date: 2022:11:19 15:03:02
