Video recording doesn't work (lancelot)

BUG: Video Recording doesn't Work

• Device: Redmi 9 (lancelot)
• Channel: Development
• Build: 2022-5-27

Steps to reproduce

Try to Record a Video with the Camera app, same thing happens with the Front and the Back Camera

Expected behavior

Video Saves and I can Play it

Actual behavior

Camera freezes or gives me an error when I press the Stop Button. The "Saved" Video doesn't Play and it says "An error has occured atgempting to load the media".
