Wifi button after deactivation gone (VollaPhone X)

Steps to reproduce

After deactivating Wifi in network settings the entry for this button is gone. Also no way to see wifi networks. To activate wifi again you can use the battery settings but I'm not sure if it actually does something. It doesn't use a known network. You can get a list of the known networks under the wifi settings submenu of known networks. But there is no way to choose one of these networks.

Rebooting necessary for wifi options.

Expected behaviour

Button should stay in network settings and a network should be selectable.
