The UI freezes when a media button is pressed

• Device: Samsung Galaxy S10
• Channel: devel
• Build: CI build from 3 weeks ago

Steps to reproduce

• Plug/Connect a device that has a button to play/pause playback (Bluetooth headphones with touch controls in my case)
• Try to play/plause

Expected behavior

No freezes occur

Actual behavior

The whole UI locks up and does not respond for some time, sometimes requiring a restart. Rest of the system seems like it is working fine judging by the music still playing after this happening, but the UI does not respond.

Logfiles and additional information

Since i dont know what this issue is caused by, i will send logs if requested.
