Plugins: postmarketOS: filter interfaces based on release selection

Specific releases have a specific selection of interfaces.

If newer releases introduce new interfaces, they will be able to be selected even if older releases do not offer this interface, resulting in an error.

We would need a way to refilter interfaces bases on release selection and vice versa, to prevent issues.
